reaL-time social opportunities (RTSO)
Bank of America wanted to become a more trusted source of information as economic news and uncertainty dominated the news cycle. While the brand had the expertise and data to speak on economic trends, its social presence wasn't fully taking advantage of the opportunity to help followers understand what was happening in real time.
We shifted Bank of America's Instagram content from traditional marketing to timely, news-driven reporting. By monitoring current events and economic data, we turned complex financial topics into easy-to-understand social posts, pairing relevant insights with clean, engaging visuals. The goal was to make economic news more accessible, give followers content worth sharing and establish Bank of America as a go-to source for real-time economic insights.
